Pre-Marital Counseling
Pre-Marital counseling is NOT a determination that you should or should not get married.
Pre-Marital counseling is a short-term (usually 4 sessions) process to help couples be aware of areas of strength and areas in need of growth. Our therapists are trained facilitators for Prepare-Enrich and/or SYMBIS premarital assessment tools as well as are trained facilitators for Prepare-Enrich and/or SYMBIS.
An inventory is used to measure many areas, including communication, conflict resolution, and marital expectations. Other topics that are covered include communication, conflict resolution, roles, sexuality, finances, spiritual beliefs, and more.
