Approach to Therapy
Madison utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) most often with clients. She believes that therapy is not “one size fits all” and will explore what works best for you. Her approach to counseling is largely informed by current research in the field of neuroscience, and when applicable, wisdom principles from the Bible. While she has received training in biblical counseling and spiritual disciplines, she does not impose this on clients.
