Approach to Therapy
Halle believes that every person has a unique story, and that understanding how past experiences shape the present creates opportunities for healing and growth. She takes a holistic, neuroscientific approach, meeting each client where they are and tailoring therapy to their unique needs rather than using a one size fits all approach. Halle integrates psychodynamic concepts with evidence-based therapies including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She is committed to creating a compassionate and authentic space where clients feel safe to heal, grow, and move toward lasting change.
