Approach to Therapy
Diane’s client-centered therapeutic approach is intricately tailored to individual needs. She draws from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytic Theory, and EMDR for trauma. Recognizing the depth of spiritual insights found in the Bible, Diane values the potential enrichment it brings to the therapeutic process. However, she respects each client’s autonomy and will never impose these principles on anyone. Diane invites you to embark on a collaborative journey where the client’s needs are central, and the therapeutic process is customized to empower individual transformation.
